Pay
Pay Range: Earn $65,000 - 85,000 per year. $28.00 - 38.00 hourly + spiffs

- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems for residential and light commercial properties.
- Lead and mentor a team of installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, timelines, and system operations.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project status.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Expertise in installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC safety protocols and building codes.
- EPA certification (Universal preferred).
- Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and set a positive example.
