Lead Manager, Campaign Management

This highly visible role supports the Marketing organization by driving campaign processes and governance, enabling AT&T’s way of Marketing. You will act as a cross-functional marketing expert who leverages data to drive progress across stakeholders, mitigates risks, and solves challenging problems. The role focuses on driving clarity, cohesion, and consistency by developing new systems, processes, and thinking to enable AT&T’s marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is a marketing expert with experience driving change in large organizations, grounded in marketing strategy, end-to-end campaign management, and process optimization. This role is instrumental in AT&T’s continued success and impact on consumers.
Responsibilities
- Campaign management and governance:
- Manage complex marketing campaigns from pre-planning through launch and optimization, ensuring clear communication at working and executive levels for timely decision-making.
- Document campaign progress, alerts, variances, and timelines to maintain up-to-date marketing records.
- Plan and facilitate checkpoints with leadership, synthesizing decisions and ensuring follow-through.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tools.
- Strategic coordination for optimized execution:
- Contribute to multiple layers of marketing planning, from annual strategies to channel-specific plans, ensuring alignment with foundational strategies.
- Escalate and course-correct misalignments in marketing approaches.
- Monitor campaign launches and performance, leading reviews and retrospectives to suggest optimizations.
- Enablement of AT&T’s way of Marketing:
- Drive rigor around AT&T’s marketing processes for planned and in-year programs, creating efficiencies.
- Enable collaboration across MGO and partner organizations to execute the strategic vision.
- Support marketing stakeholders in reaching goals, mitigating risks, and removing roadblocks.
- Codify campaign management and marketing processes for replication.
Qualifications
- Background in holistic marketing across multiple brands at large companies; B2B, Local, and Direct Marketing experience is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility.
- Experience managing multi-faceted go-to-market campaign processes requiring strong organizational skills, strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure and process from scratch.
- Able to work autonomously, manage multiple large-scale projects, and take initiative.
- Executive presence to inspire confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and willing to engage closely with teams.
- Ability to react quickly with strategic thinking and proactive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, accountable, and operational with a strategic lens.
- Patient, persistent, and adept at problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tools.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree.
- Preferred: Experience with Bynder or other Digital Asset Management tools.
- Preferred: Creative or Media Agency experience.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Pay
Salary range: $128,400.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
