Location: 2100 Kerrigan Ave., Union City, NJ 07087

Schedule: AM/PM/Weekend Shifts

Hourly Pay: $22–$27

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process
• Assist in the training and development of staff members
• Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere

Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
