Instructor Recruitment & Workforce Development

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all enterprise instructor positions across electrical, HVAC, welding, industrial maintenance, safety, leadership, data center, and emerging workforce programs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies that proactively build a scalable instructor pipeline aligned with projected business growth.
  • Source candidates through industry associations, apprenticeship programs, unions, manufacturers, contractors, military transition programs, technical colleges, professional organizations, and industry networks.
  • Conduct technical interviews, instructional demonstrations, and competency assessments to evaluate technical expertise, instructional effectiveness, leadership capability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Verify qualifications, certifications, licenses, and industry experience.
  • Build and maintain a national instructor talent database to support rapid deployment as new client opportunities emerge.
  • Forecast instructor capacity and staffing requirements based on customer demand, program launches, pilot projects, and geographic expansion.
  • Continuously identify instructor talent before demand requires immediate hiring.

Instructor Management & Enterprise Operations

  • Directly manage enterprise instructors throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance evaluations, developmental planning, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Build a culture of professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, and instructional excellence.
  • Manage instructor assignments, scheduling, deployment, utilization, travel, and customer placement across multiple concurrent enterprise programs.
  • Cookpilot, new client launches, campus-based delivery, employer site delivery, and recurring customer engagements.
  • Partner with National Program Directors, curriculum teams, operations, and client-facing leaders to align instructor expertise with program requirements.
  • Identify instructor staffing risks before they impact customer delivery and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop workforce planning models that support continued organizational growth without compromising delivery quality.
  • Travel regularly to campuses and employer locations to observe instruction, support instructors, evaluate customer experience, and maintain visible leadership presence.

Instructor Development & Performance Excellence

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the systems that qualify, develop, coach, and evaluate instructors to ensure consistent instructional excellence across every enterprise training engagement.
  • Design and deliver instructor onboarding and readiness programs that prepare every instructor for successful enterprise delivery.
  • Develop standardized instructor qualification requirements, facilitation standards, classroom expectations, and instructional best practices.
  • Create train-the-trainer programs that prepare instructors to deliver technical curriculum consistently across customers, campuses, and locations.
  • Develop instructional observation tools, competency rubrics, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide structured coaching, mentoring, and developmental feedback.
  • Design and implement instructor professional development programs that continuously strengthen facilitation skills, adult learning practices, classroom management, customer engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
  • Lead instructor calibration sessions to ensure consistent interpretation of curriculum, assessment standards, and delivery expectations.
  • Build continuous improvement cycles that leverage instructor feedback, learner outcomes, customer satisfaction, classroom observations, and program metrics to strengthen instructional quality over time.
  • Ensure instructional excellence remains consistent regardless of instructor, location, customer, or delivery modality.

Enterprise Leadership Responsibilities

  • Build standardized instructor practices that create consistency across all enterprise programs rather than relying on individual instructor approaches.
  • Design instructor management processes, operational workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems that support organizational scale.
  • Partner with business development and client-facing teams to understand future staffing requirements and proactively prepare instructor capacity.
  • Serve as the organizational leader for instructor quality, instructional consistency, and performance excellence.
  • Support proposal development by identifying instructor qualifications, staffing models, deployment strategies, and implementation timelines.
  • Collaborate with Learning Design, National Program Directors, and Operations to ensure instructors remain current with curriculum updates, industry practices, and customer requirements.
