Lead Industrial Operations Engineer
Location: Lebanon, IN
Pay Range: $40/hour
About the Role
Oversee engineering operations and provide technical guidance to technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and validate commissioning information for new equipment. Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing business disruption. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations related to building operations and work safety.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience; an engineering degree is preferred.
- Experience with HVAC, water systems, and air systems within a facility environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
