Lead HVAC Technician - Residential HVAC Service Technician

About the Role

Emerald Heating & Cooling, an established heating and air conditioning company in the Depew, NY area, is hiring a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician. This role involves going into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, while also advising, mentoring, and supervising newer technicians. The position is designed for someone to start as a Lead Technician and later advance into an HVAC manager or supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Advise, mentor, and supervise newer technicians
• Lead techs toward success and prepare for management/supervisor responsibilities

Qualifications

• EPA certification
• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay

Competitive compensation based on experience, with an hourly wage of $20–$40/hr depending on experience.
