Lead HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Removing old HVAC systems
• Installing new HVAC systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Interpreting technical data, such as pressure and temperature

Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated and service-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Respectful of others and their personal property
• Punctual and reliable
• Takes pride in work

Pay

Up to $45/hour, depending on experience, plus a $300 sign-on bonus.
