About the role
Trinity Contractors is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to provide troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair services for commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems. The position also involves completing preventative maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling issues in commercial and industrial settings
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve their HVAC needs
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college education in HVAC or related field preferred
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledgeable about HVAC system components and operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Good physical stamina for working in various environments

Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Monday through Friday, typically 6 AM - 2 PM, with some weekend work required as needed
