Lead HVAC Service Technician

About the role

The Lead HVAC Service Technician is responsible for overseeing HVAC service technicians in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train HVAC technicians to ensure quality service delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues, coordinating with engineers and suppliers as needed.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service technician experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
