About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Workday-related projects, focusing on EXTEND and custom applications.
- Analyze and break down problem statements into clear and actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with different levels of the business to gather and understand requirements.
- Create and present process mapping and wireframes using tools like PowerPoint.
- Provide expert guidance and support for HR-related Workday functionalities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Workday EXTEND and custom applications.
- Strong HR background and understanding of HR processes.
