About the role

The Workday Lead Analyst manages and optimizes the organization's Workday platform to support efficient, compliant HR processes and reliable system functionality. The role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configuration and enhancements while maintaining data integrity and security. Configures Workday modules and business processes across core HR functions, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting, to support operational needs and improve efficiency. Leads testing activities, troubleshoots issues, and supports integrations and system stability by diagnosing root causes and coordinating resolution through established processes. Leverages data analysis and reporting to monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that maximize Workday capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Workday platform to support HR processes and system functionality.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configuration and enhancements.
  • Configure Workday modules and business processes for core HR functions, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting.
  • Lead testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations to ensure system stability.
  • Diagnose root causes of system issues and coordinate resolution through established processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize Workday capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and optimizing Workday platforms.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
  • Experience with Workday modules for payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Pay

This position offers a salary range of $101,600 - $152,400 depending on experience.
