About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to work across multiple product categories, delivering cohesive and commercially viable seasonal plans for digital and physical retail channels. This role involves leading the end-to-end execution of seasonal go-to-market strategies, from concept through consumer delivery. The position sits at the intersection of digital, go-to-market, merchandising, and marketing functions, requiring a blend of strategic planning and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal imagery and copy planning across multiple product categories and brands, balancing brand objectives with commercial goals.
- Partner with production teams to define product storytelling, product detail page (PDP) content, and seasonal content strategies.
- Drive imagery and copy planning and execution for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial moments across multiple business cycles.
- Develop scalable and repeatable processes that translate business strategies into consumer-facing experiences, building strong partnerships across merchandising, marketing, creative, media, and operations teams.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives with clear timelines, milestones, governance structures, and stakeholder communications.
- Support seasonal content production, including procurement requests, logistics coordination, and managing relationships with internal creative teams and external partners.
- Manage assortment information and Airtable data to ensure product accuracy and alignment across content production workflows.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital/ecommerce, merchandising, and marketing.
- Proficiency in Airtable and Excel, including the ability to sort and manage large data sets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with production processes or familiarity with how photo studios operate.
- Knowledge of product creation timelines and go-to-market best practices.
