Lead Global Integrated Campaign Manager

The Lead Global Integrated Campaign Manager is responsible for complex, high-visibility globally integrated campaigns with multi-region or multi-portfolio scope. This role translates business priorities into horizontal campaign strategies, drives alignment across teams, and influences execution standards to deliver meaningful pipeline impact.
Here's What You'll Do
- Own strategy, planning, and execution for large-scale multi-region horizontal integrated campaigns tied to priority sales plays; translate business objectives into integrated campaign strategies with clearly defined pipeline and performance outcomes
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior marketing and sales stakeholders, ensuring vertical and regional alignment; partner with international field and partner marketing teams to ensure marketing plans and campaigns are fully integrated and drive global demand and engagement
- Lead advanced campaign performance analysis, insights generation, and optimization recommendations; apply AI-enabled tools and insights to support campaign briefs, personalization, and channel optimization
- Own the creation of comprehensive campaign briefs in partnership with Product Marketing by defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, and creative requirements; collaborate with campaign strategy teams to review and approve content mix and tactics ensuring alignment with business goals
- Establish and evangelize audience-specific and industry-specific thought leadership strategies; ensure vertical campaigns ladder up to horizontal campaigns inclusive of strategy and messaging
- Operate as an innovative thought leader and trusted advisor; mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members while contributing to department growth through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends
Role Essentials
- 8–10+ years of B2B integrated or growth marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering pipeline impact through horizontal or multi-channel campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and performance optimization skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead advanced campaign performance analysis and generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations that drive measurable results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with executive presence; proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and compelling presentations to diverse audiences
- Excellent leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen with a demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners; ability to coach, mentor, and provide timely feedback
