Lead Generation Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our front desk team. This role involves managing incoming interest, converting leads into scheduled classes, coordinating community events, and driving brand engagement through social media.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Outreach: Make outbound calls to new leads to introduce the gym and secure free intro classes.
Customer Service & Follow-Up: Return operational voicemails and emails promptly, providing a friendly and efficient service.
Accountability & Check-Ins: Cross-reference scheduled rosters to ensure timely account conversations and reschedule no-shows.
Retention Calls: Follow up with introductory attendees who did not sign up and call no-shows to reschedule.
Event Coordination: Outreach, schedule, and organize local community marketing events.
Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content on our official social media accounts.
Gym Culture & Atmosphere: Maintain a vibrant and energetic lobby environment and update the welcome board.
Special Event Sales: Drive revenue by making outbound calls to book birthday parties, seasonal camps, and Parents' Survival Nights.
Creative Content Creation: Capture high-energy class highlights to share on local social media channels.
Qualifications & Skills
Sales Experience: Prior experience in over-the-phone sales, telemarketing, or high-volume booking environments.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect warmly with customers and handle objections.
Time Management: Highly organized self-starter who can efficiently balance multiple tasks.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, lead tracking pipelines, email clients, and standard social media applications.
