Pay: $130,000 to $175,000/year

Job Description
Lead a team of engineers, organize thoughts clearly, and motivate others through effective communication
Build and operate distributed systems at scale on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Design and run production systems with emphasis on reliability, performance, and security
Apply solid application design principles and make architectural decisions with organization-wide impact
Own complex features and systems end-to-end, from design through production
Transform ambiguous requirements into scalable, stable engineering solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of full stack software engineering experience with 2+ years leading teams
- Experience designing and running production systems at scale on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong technical judgment across architecture, data, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to organize thoughts clearly, communicate effectively, and motivate team members
- Hands-on experience with C#, React.js, Infrastructure as Code, and design systems
- Strong understanding of application design principles and architectural patterns
