About the role
The Lead Environmental Service Partner maintains a safe, clean, and sanitary environment in a professional and courteous manner. This role assists the Supervisor or Director in maintaining and executing high-quality department standards by keeping leadership informed of conditions in assigned areas. The Lead Environmental Service Partner also assists in motivating and training environmental services staff to ensure high-quality service, serves as a mentor to co-workers, and helps document and communicate department standards.
This role is not responsible for budget management, calling in unscheduled staff without authorization, approving overtime or timesheets, conducting performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, or creating/maintaining the department’s work schedule. However, input from the Lead may be requested by leadership to help formulate decisions.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment.
- Assist Supervisor or Director in executing high-quality department standards.
- Keep department leadership informed of conditions in assigned areas.
- Motivate and train environmental services staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Serve as a mentor to co-workers to enhance job-related growth and service standards.
- Help document and communicate department standards to co-workers and leadership.
Requirements
- 6 months of housekeeping experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- No license required.

- Ability to prioritize assigned duties.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
