Lead Electronic Technician, 2nd Shift

Objectives

Key Activities/Responsibilities

• Program and trouble shoot Controls Systems including supporting Project Engineering in new equipment installations.
• Perform electrical & mechanical PMs.
• Read, redline, and create electrical drawings.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Coordinate projects and communicate results.
• Work within a team-oriented environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Serve as a point person for electronics-related issues and escalate technical challenges to junior technicians.
• Support projects for the electronics group.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in maintenance related field or 10 years maintenance experience with a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with control systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• PREFERRED SKILLS: Mechanical background, CMMS (MP2 preferred), PLCs (GE & Allen Bradley), Servo Controls, Drives, HMIs.
