Lead Dryer Operator - Days (BSNAC)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL.
We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. So we need to extract content: Who We Are (company description) maybe as About the role? Could be "About the role" but we have "Who We Are" describing company. Could treat as "About the role" but it's not exactly role. However we can still include a section "About the role" with that description. Or we could use "About the company". But instructions only list example headings; we can use any heading as long as it's
. Probably we should use headings that match content: "About the role" for description of role? Actually we have "What You Bring To The Table" describing role. Could use "About the role" for that. "Who We Are" could be omitted? But we need preserve all substantive information; we can't drop company description. Could put it under a heading "About the company" but not in list; but instructions say use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities... but not limited to those; we can create other headings as needed. Safer to include "About the company" as . The instructions didn't forbid other headings; they just gave examples. So we can include.
We need sections: About the company (Who We Are), What We Offer (benefits), What You Bring To The Table (role description), Job Responsibilities (list), Required qualifications (list), Preferred qualifications (list), Physical demands (maybe not needed as separate?), Work environment (maybe not needed). Also we have shift schedule: "This position is a 12-hour, rotating shift from 6 PM to 6 AM." That's schedule info -> we can create Schedule section.
Pay: not mentioned. Benefits: we have "A competitive 401K plan, affordable benefits starting on day 1 of employment, and 12 paid holidays". That's benefits.
We also have "Opportunity to represent a passionate organization..." etc under What We Offer.
We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove that.
We need to format lists: For responsibilities, qualifications, etc.
We need to preserve all substantive info.

We need to decide sections: About the company (Who We Are), What We Offer, What You Bring To The Table (maybe About the role), Job Responsibilities, Required qualifications, Preferred qualifications, Schedule (maybe include shift info), Benefits (maybe part of What We Offer). But we already have What We Offer includes benefits and opportunities. Could split Benefits separate but not needed. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can keep What We Offer as is (includes benefits). Schedule we can include as separate section because it's specific.
We also have physical demands etc; could be part of Required qualifications (they are already there). So fine.

But we already mentioned shift in About the role; maybe we can keep schedule separate but not duplicate. Could just keep schedule in About the role and not duplicate. Better to keep schedule info in About the role and not create separate schedule section to avoid duplication. But we could still have schedule section with just the shift info; but that repeats.
