Responsibilities
- Advance enterprise growth through partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Evaluate partnership opportunities against enterprise strategy and leadership priorities
- Define vision and strategy for pharma-facing initiatives and develop business cases
- Lead a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional relationships
- Monitor healthcare trends to identify strategic positioning opportunities
- Incubate and launch high-impact initiatives aligned with growth goals
- Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities amidst ambiguity and risk
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Strategy or Corporate Development within healthcare, especially in PBM or pharmaceutical segments
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- Proven ability to develop strategies and innovative ideas supported by analyses and presentations
- Experience in advocating 'non-traditional' ideas to leadership and securing buy-in for investments
- Strong executive presence for influence and effective communication with senior leaders and external partners
- Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical, communication, and entrepreneurial skills in ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical business challenges and capacity to deliver innovative solutions
Pay
$100,000 – $231,540 annually
