This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of clinical, population health, and digital engagement programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical strategy and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to enhance clinical programs and improve member experience
- Evaluate program performance using analytics and drive ongoing optimization efforts
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation
- Establish clear goals and expectations to enhance process effectiveness
- Champion innovative solutions and lead change initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in population health program development, clinical program design, product management, or digital health
- Deep knowledge of clinical product, digital health, and AI landscape
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across various teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills essential for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with defining success metrics and using data for decision-making
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Pay
$100,000 – $231,540 annually
