About The Role
Aetna Medical Affairs is where clinical strategy meets real-world impact - a center of excellence that partners closely with cross-enterprise teams and business leaders across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid to ensure high-value care for members, providers, and plan sponsor clients. We’re an industry leader in advancing clinical programs and strategies that meaningfully improve member and provider experience, quality, and affordability. We’re looking for a dynamic leader to help shape what’s next.
In this high-visibility role, you'll serve as Lead Director, Clinical and Digital Health Programs, partnering with clinical teams, product, digital, analytics, and external partners to lead the design and execution of clinical, population health, and digital member engagement programs. You'll identify opportunities, shape solutions, build cross-functional alignment, and drive programs from concept through pilot, launch, scale, and evaluation, developing new approaches that keep our programs, products, and partnerships clinically relevant, high quality, and ahead of the curve. If you thrive on solving complex problems, leading across teams and bringing bold ideas to life, this is your next big move.
This is a fully remote position that can be performed in any US time zone, but would need to support the needs of the team and business in CST/EST.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience defining success metrics, building business cases, and using data to guide decisions.
