Lead Direct Support Professional (Residential Coordinator)

About the role

We are a mission-driven team dedicated to providing person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. You will work directly with these individuals, assisting with daily living tasks and ensuring their comfort and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director with coordinating services, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management.
• Maintain consistency in program implementation, individual care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Carry out the duties of a direct support professional, providing hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and more.

Requirements

• 18 years or older

• Computer skills for documentation
• Valid Drivers License (for some roles)
