Responsibilities

• Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structured application programs conforming to established CIOO methodology and standards
• Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations
• Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures, and client user guide in accordance with standards and client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on lead developer, developing code and managing projects using the required technology stack
• Expert knowledge of software tools, platforms, and processes required to support the associated technology stack
• Expert knowledge of databases and related tools and utilities; problem-solving skills and proven record of working well in a team environment
• Advanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
• Hands-on experience with the following technology stack:
  • .NET/SQL Server
  • Cloud.gov (AWS)
  • On-Prem Windows, .NET/IIS
  • Java/WebLogic/Oracle/Business Objects/Infosphere
  • Azure
• Excellent understanding and experience with Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Security, and Systems Modernization
• Experience with Agile SDLC and tools
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadership
• Innovative, results-oriented, and focused on delivering on time and with quality
