About the Role

The Lead Developer provides senior DevSecOps leadership, directing developers and IT operations staff in planning and executing code releases across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and implement systems software and infrastructure components
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using common automation, build, and deployment tools
• Embed security controls into build, test, and deployment workflows
• Analyze operational and performance data
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate work across development, operations, and security teams

Requirements

• Must be able to meet federal requirements to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of related experience in software development and DevSecOps
