Pay

Competitive compensation starting at $28-$30 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Every Other Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them.
• Patient-focused time management and discussions.
• Facilitation, training, and problem-solving in staff meetings.
• Collaboration with the doctor and other team leaders on conflict resolution.
• Supporting the practice's annual plan goals.
• Compliance with OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Engaging and fostering patients through a positive experience.
• Using Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Supervising and monitoring lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.).

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required.
• Experience with inventory, ordering, and managing a lab preferred.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to creating an outstanding patient experience.
• Passion for coaching and developing fellow team members.
