Responsibilities

• Promote efficient use of time and discussions within the office.
• Drive team excellence through dynamic staff meetings, impactful training, and innovative problem-solving strategies.
• Collaborate with the doctor and other leaders to resolve operational issues.
• Follow OSHA/HIPAA guidelines and engage patients positively.
• Utilize Spear Analytics tools for system accountability.
• Supervise lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, and new technology implementation.

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required.
