Lead Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms
• Assist the provider's chairside with various procedures
• Take radiographs
• Manage supplies and sterilization
• Provide patient education
• Oversight of the clinical flow, mentoring other assistants, ensuring adherence to protocols, dental compliance, and problem-solving to maintain a smooth and efficient patient experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of dental experience
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Age: Must be over 25 years old
• Driver’s License and clean driving record
