Lead Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms
• Assist the provider's chairside with various procedures
• Take radiographs
• Manage supplies and sterilization
• Provide patient education
• Oversee the clinical flow, mentoring other assistants
• Ensure adherence to protocols, dental compliance, and problem-solving

Requirements

• Travel daily with your team to patient locations
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must be bilingual (Spanish speaking)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental experience
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
• Familiarity with dental practice management software

• Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate ranging from $30.00-35.00/hr.
