Lead Dental Assistant

This position is located in Orange, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance and support high-quality patient care.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of dental assistants.
• Cook up daily clinical workflows and staff assignments.
• Partner with providers and clinic leadership to improve efficiency and patient access.
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused culture.

Requirements

• Certified Dental Assistant with x-ray certification as required by Virginia regulations.
• Minimum of three years of dental assisting experience.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for teamwork, patient care, and helping others succeed.
