Responsibilities

• Provide support to both the sales team and distributor network by providing quoting support for new and existing products, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive pricing.
• Manage and maintain department specifications and pricing documentation, while creating specs and cost for new business opportunities.
• Support vendor relationship management to help inform pricing strategies and ensure cost alignment.
• Provide ongoing support to Regional Managers within their territories, with a strong focus on quote generation, updates, and follow-through.
• Provide customer/sales technical support on new or existing product quotes.
• Work closely with regional sales managers to achieve Product Management goals and to support key accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes based on specifications, requirements, and pricing guidelines.
• Meet defined turnaround times for quote delivery.
• Prioritize urgent or high-value quotes.
• Balance speed with accuracy to maintain customer satisfaction.
