Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for helping to facilitate the corporation and its subsidiaries/facilities compliance with regulatory requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of compliance risks within the corporation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Completes independent Compliance Risk Assessments for coverage/subject matter expertise areas and would be part of all Regulatory Change and Corporate Compliance programs for areas of coverage.
  • Performs annual monitoring, issue remediation oversight, and project oversight.
  • Develops, monitors, and challenges metrics/KRIs.
  • Guides compliance monitoring activities based on risk assessments, working closely with lines of business.
  • Drafts and implement Compliance policies and procedures for subject areas.
  • Drafts presentations and reports, as necessary, to provide management and executives with compliance related information.
  • Reviews and challenges of first line of defense activities.
  • Reviews compliance and risk reports to identify deeper issues and common themes.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Level of Education and Experience

  • BA or BS
  • 7 years of job-related experience
