Responsibilities

  • Act as the Project’s focal point for all activities affecting the use of the System of Project Inspection Testing Certificate and Handover (SPITCH).
  • Ensure the development and implementation of the Project’s SPITCH meets the technical and schedule requirements.
  • Identify appropriate means of managing transitions due to the Project’s multiple execution phases and locations.
  • Ensure handover priorities and requirements between the Hook-up and Commissioning team are properly represented in SPITCH.
  • Ensure SPITCH supports the Project’s requirements to obtain necessary certification from the RoK authorities.
  • Ensure the SPITCH training program and documentation meets the Project’s requirements.
  • Undertake audits of SPITCH performance to identify and implement training and development needs at the earliest opportunity.
  • Ensure all learning points arising from the use of SPITCH are identified for consideration and incorporation.
  • Ensure SPITCH reports are developed and issued so that responsible and affected parties are advised of its status.

Requirements

  • Engineering technical qualification (HNC or equivalent, supplemented by experience if less).
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Completions Engineering.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of overall industry experience.

  • Capability to coordinate personnel relating to construction engineering disciplines.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and exercise intercultural sensitivity.
  • Good technical, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
  • Full understanding of the importance of planning and executing projects.
  • Working knowledge of all relevant discipline codes and standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both laterally and vertically within an organization.
  • Ability to identify and manage the integration of HSE and technical risk processes into engineering and project solutions.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Schedule

Eskene West 28/28 rotation.
