About the Opportunity:The Lead Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of global compensation programs and their supporting systems across multiple regions. This role ensures that compensation processes, benchmarking, and job structures support the organization’s growth and equity goals. The position plays a critical role in delivering accurate data, maintaining system integrity, and guiding pay decisions to align with market and internal standards. 3. Responsibilities:Administer end-to-end compensation cycles including planning, system setup, approvals, and communications.Manage and improve compensation systems covering survey reporting, benchmarking, and cycle management.Conduct annual market benchmarking including survey submissions, data validation, and pricing of roles.Assist with equity award administration via stock plans.Recommend updates to salary structures, ranges, bonus targets, and equity guidelines.Serve as a key resource for HR, Talent Acquisition, and management on compensation-related requests.Generate global pay reports and ensure compliance with pay transparency requirements.Perform ad hoc analyses on incentives, equity programs, pay equity, and cost modeling.Utilize AI and automation to enhance compensation process efficiency and data quality.Support training and communications for managers, HR partners, and employees on compensation. 4. Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in compensation or people analytics; 7+ years preferred.Experience administering compensation cycles and managing compensation systems such as Pave or Oracle HCM.Proficient with survey reporting tools like Radford or Mercer.Strong knowledge of benchmarking methodologies, job leveling, salary structures, and market pricing.Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI and AI tools.Experience with global compensation programs, including multi-country pay practices and transparency rules.Effective communication skills to clearly explain complex compensation concepts.High attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $149,500 USD. 6.
