Responsibilities

  • Own statutory pay reporting obligations in the US and internationally
  • Serve as an expert on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and ensure compliance
  • Lead annual and ad-hoc salary survey submissions, ensuring data integrity
  • Act as primary SME for compensation systems, maintaining integrity and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Finance to meet pay reporting requirements
  • Conduct analysis of compensation data to identify trends and equity concerns
  • Support design and maintenance of compensation policies related to pay reporting

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis or related role
  • Deep knowledge of US and international pay reporting regulations, especially the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Hands-on experience with compensation systems like Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday
  • Advanced analytical skills with large datasets, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or similar; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • CCP designation preferred but not mandatory
