Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive leadership development strategies and training programs
• Design and enhance engaging training materials that align with organizational goals
• Lead workshops focused on leadership skills and emotional intelligence
• Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with company objectives
• Monitor growth of leadership trainees and provide development recommendations
• Utilize metrics to measure the impact of development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8 years of relevant job-related experience required
• 2 years of commercial experience in sales, operations, marketing, or analytics
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
