Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive leadership development strategies and training programs
- Design and enhance engaging training materials that align with organizational goals
- Lead workshops focused on leadership skills and emotional intelligence
- Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with company objectives
- Monitor growth of leadership trainees and provide development recommendations
- Utilize metrics to measure the impact of development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 8 years of relevant job-related experience required
- 2 years of commercial experience in sales, operations, marketing, or analytics
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
