Lead Clinical Instructor (Therapy)

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Clinical Instructor (Therapy) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape and deliver clinical training for a multidisciplinary care team in a highly specialized therapeutic setting. The position will partner closely with clinical leaders to identify learning needs, strengthen provider development, and maintain high standards of training quality and treatment fidelity. It is well suited for a clinician who enjoys coaching others, developing content, and improving outcomes through education and supervision. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $117,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage Clinical Supervisors, providing feedback and performance evaluations Lead team meetings and peer consultations for instructors and supervisors Design and deliver live training for a multidisciplinary team Collaborate with leaders to identify provider training needs Serve as a subject matter expert for training materials Update and iterate on training resources Provide supervision and fidelity reviews for certification Qualifications Doctoral degree in clinical mental health or a related field Licensed as a therapist in at least one state 3+ years of clinical supervision experience in evidence-based treatments Experience in people management, including performance reviews Completion of training in the organization's treatment modalities preferred Proficient in live training and course development Minimum 2 years of practice in the treatment modality of expertise Benefits Flex PTO policy plus 11 paid company holidays Generous parental leave benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid mental health benefits including therapy sessions Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for various support services 401K option available Licensing fee reimbursement for required licenses Work-from-home stipends for internet expenses and home office setup Company laptop provided Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
