Lead Clinic RN – Gynecologic Oncology

Registered Nurse (RN) lead position supports the daily functioning of the clinic and ensures adherence to established policies. Serves in a coaching and mentoring role to staff while functioning as a working member of the department coordinating the daily workflow and scheduling of the office. This is an appointed role and may be moved among caregivers at manager or designee discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
• Assist providers and staff in coordinating patient care and act as a patient education resource.
• Function as primary liaison between patients and providers.
• Explain all duties and responsibilities of the staff they will be overseeing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
• Experience in the job for which they will be the lead.

Qualifications

• Required: Coursework/Training as listed in Requirements.
• Preferred: 1 year of clinical experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $42.09 - $65.35 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Full time, Day shift.
