About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) lead supports daily clinic operations, ensuring policy adherence while coaching and mentoring staff. The RN lead serves as a working team member, coordinating workflow, scheduling, and providing professional nursing care aligned with established standards. The role also assists providers and staff in patient‑care coordination and acts as a patient‑education resource.
Responsibilities
- Support daily clinic operations and ensure adherence to policies.
- Coach, mentor, and train nursing and support staff.
- Coordinate workflow and scheduling for the clinic team.
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with established standards.
- Assist providers and staff with patient‑care coordination.
- Serve as a resource for patient education.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Washington State RN license.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience in the relevant clinical area with ability to explain staff duties.
- Preferred: 1 year of clinical experience.
