Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Clinic RN Lead at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, you will function in the role/capacity of a clinic RN, and perform all clinic RN Duties, as designated or assigned. Work under supervision of licensed medical staff to provide direct patient care and instruction/education to patients during the course of a visit, phone call or other means of after visit care, from the ambulatory setting. Assist Manager and/or Leadership with staffing & clinical workflows of designated work area(s). Exercise independent judgment and perform minimal supervision of others.
- Evaluate health needs, advise on care plans, and administer medications (oral, IM, SubQ, ID)
- Refer patients for additional health services and recognize/act on medical emergencies
- Accurately document all provided services
- Monitor workflow efficiency in assigned areas
- Assist management with clinical staffing plans, including training and orientation of staff
- Support management with staff performance, including evaluations and improvement plans
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse: North Dakota (RN:ND)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
