Lead Client Service Associate (Teller) - Quartz Hill, CA

Essential Functions

• Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
• Counsels and coaches branch staff to improve customer service, sales, and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
• Develops action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Supervises branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with, branch management team.
• Expands client base through successful selling and coaching techniques, including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
• Processes cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
• Working knowledge of math, strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Pay

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $28 - $31 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
