About the role
The Interface Operations team is responsible for managing third-party interfaces, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring optimal solutions for clients. This role reports to the Interface Operations Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Proactive break resolution - communicating with third parties regarding issue resolution.
- Review of daily and monthly activities.
- Contributing to process improvement and team building.
- Collaborating with clients, external third parties, and internal teams to design workflows for interfaces.
- Conducting investigations for reconciliation queries, resolving issues related to vendor and prime broker data.
- Participating in a team that serves as the trusted point of contact for handling requests and communicating key product insights.
- Strengthening client and vendor relationships through effective delivery, clear communication, and setting appropriate expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, etc.
- 2+ years of experience working at a fund administrator, financial company, PB, custodian, or asset manager.
- Familiarity with various asset classes and financial instruments in a middle office capacity.
- Understanding of basic portfolio management concepts, including trading and reconciliation workflows.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Highly organized, self-driven, quick learner, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills, as this role involves both managing and getting involved in technical problem-solving.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00. Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location.
