Responsibilities
- Develop excellent health care results for patients
- Develop a practice utilizing approximately 40 hours a week of treatment and administration time
- Develop “own” practice within a clinic alongside other doctors
- Have experience developing and delivering on health care plans
- Manage patient goals and outcomes
- Diagnose and treat patients
- Implement a full health care philosophy addressing 80% of chronic illnesses
- Use Google Suite, EHR, notes and charges, and spreadsheet skills
- Communicate effectively and sell services
- Help patients understand their condition, motivate action, and manage finances for care
- Show integrity, care about community, and strive for excellence
Qualifications
- Experience developing and delivering health care plans
- Patient goal management and accomplishment skills
- Diagnosis and treatment skills, including beyond chiropractic adjustments
- A full health care philosophy addressing chronic illnesses
- Google Suite, EHR, notes and charges, and spreadsheet skills
- High social, leadership, communication, and sales skills
