Lead Chiropractor in Multidisciplinary Health Clinic (Part-time)

About the role

We are looking for leaders: doctors who can gain excellent health care results for patients while being able to develop a practice utilizing approximately 20 hours a week of treatment and administration time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver on health care plans
• Manage patient goals and outcomes
• Diagnose and treat conditions beyond chiropractic adjustments
• Implement a comprehensive health care philosophy addressing 80% of chronic illnesses
• Utilize Google Suite, EHR, notes and charges, and spreadsheet skills
• Communicate effectively and sell health care solutions
• Show leadership and high social skills
• Manage and motivate patients towards health improvement
• Manage finances for patient care

Requirements

• Experience developing and delivering health care plans
• Patient goal management and accomplishment skills
• Diagnosis and treatment skills
• Google Suite, EHR, notes and charges, and spreadsheet skills
• High social and communication skills
• Leadership and sales abilities

Qualifications

• 2-4 years post-graduation
• Ready to develop and lead a practice
• Knowledgeable in functional medicine, blood, stool, and hair labs, digital x-ray, and various therapy techniques
• Passionate about natural healthcare and proactive health approaches
• Strong commitment to integrity and service to others
