Lead Catering Server

Main Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer experience.
• Bussing of dirty items from tables and refilling of pitchers.
• Delivery of food for plated meals.
• Cleanup of Venue after event.
• Bar Staff - proper cash management, proper carding, and basic cocktail skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.
• Providing information to guests as they inquire.
• Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.

Requirements

• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
