About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with employers and job seekers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with employers and job seekers to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy and handling.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues related to the Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
• Strong understanding of web development and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
