Responsibilities
- Build and install decks, pavers, screened porches, and outdoor features.
- Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with homeowners.
- Lead and support the carpentry crew on site.
- Report job progress to supervisor daily.
- Delegate tasks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Provide customer service and uphold a professional attitude.
- Stay informed about new construction methods, tools, and materials.
- Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and ensure a safe, organized work environment at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of carpentry experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide others.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project needs.
- Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions year-round.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of carpentry best practices and techniques.
- Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials.
- Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools.
- Perform physical labor and comfortable working with heights.

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Madison locations.
