Lead Carpenter (WI)

Responsibilities

We are looking for full‑time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The more skills you bring, the more we can offer you. Work ranges from small patches and paint to complete home rebuilds. Tradespeople focus on construction phases only (no water mitigation).

• Reliable and hardworking
• Provide your own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen
