Lead Carpenter

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Harrisburg Area for a Lead Carpenter. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for performing and overseeing various carpentry tasks including framing, finish carpentry, and working with both hand and power tools. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship in each project. Additional responsibilities include project supervision, site safety management, and coordination with other construction professionals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
• Experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools
• Expertise in Framing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further certifications in carpentry or construction management are advantageous
