Lead Carpenter

About the role

We're a local remodeling company looking to add a Lead Carpenter to our team — someone who takes real pride in their craft and enjoys steering residential remodeling projects from the ground up. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day rhythm of the job site: hands-on carpentry work, coordinating the flow of each project, and keeping things moving from first day to final walkthrough.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on carpentry work on residential remodeling projects
• Coordinate the day-to-day flow and rhythm of the job site
• Steer projects from start to final walkthrough
• Mentor team members on the job site

Pay

$32 - $37 hourly
