Lead Carpenter (High-End Remodeling & Custom Finish)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, lead carpentry crews, and schedule tasks for efficiency and safety.
• Execute high-end finish carpentry including custom cabinetry, built-ins, trim, doors, and framing.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and designers.
• Solve problems on-site using technical execution skills.
• Train team members in finish carpentry techniques and site practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in residential construction as a Lead Carpenter, Site Supervisor, or equivalent.
• Craftsmanship: Mastery of finish carpentry (custom cabinetry, trim work, woodworking) is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and knowledge of building codes/OSHA safety.
• Leadership: Strong team management abilities and client service skills.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00 - $50.00+ per hour (Based on Experience).
